| Day 1: Guatemala City – Antigua |
| On arrival in Guatemala City, transfer to Antigua. Overnight in Antigua. |
| Day 2: Antigua |
| Enjoy a half day walking tour visiting the main square, the Palace, the Cathedral, La Merced Church & San Francisco Church. Overnight in Antigua. |
| Day 3: Antigua - Lake Atitlan |
| Drive through the highlands to scenic Lake Atitlan. Enjoy a boat ride on Lake Atitlan, visit the villages of San Juan La Laguna and Santiago and learn about the textiles, spiritualism and beliefs of the T’zutujil Maya. Overnight in Atitlan . |
| Day 4: Lake Atitlan - Chichicastenango - Antigua |
| Visit the famous craft market at Chichicastenango. Return back to Antigua. Overnight Antigua. |
| Day 5: Antigua – Copan Ruinas |
| Depart Antigua crossing the central desert region of Guatemala to the Honduran border and onwards to the pretty town of Copan Ruinas. Overnight in Copan. |
| Day 6: Copan |
| Have a guided tour of the Mayan site of Copan with its famous hieroglyphic staircase, ball court and tunnels. Enjoy lunch at a tropical bird park where rescued birds are looked after. Overnight in Copan. |
| Day 7: Copan - Quirigua - Rio Dulce - Livingston |
| Drive to tropical area of Rio Dulce visiting the UNESCO site of Quirigua along the way. Once at Rio Dulce board a boat for a scenic trip through tropical scenery and a limestone canyon to the Garifuna town of Livingston. Overnight in Livingston |
| Day 8: Livingston - Flores |
| Today enjoy a walking tour of Livingston before transferring back down the Rio Dulce by boat and then by land into the northern rainforest area near Flores and Tikal. Overnight in Flores. |
| Day 9: Tikal |
| Today explore the amazing UNESCO protected Mayan site of Tikal where temples rise above the jungle canopy and monkeys and tropical birds are abundant in the surrounding rainforest. Overnight in Flores. |
| Day 10: Flores - Xunantunich - Cayo |
| Transfer across the border to Belize. En-route visit the fascinating site of Xunantunich. Transfer to your lodge. Overnight in the Cayo Area. |
| Day 11: Cave Adventure |
| Enjoy a cave/river trip to see ancient Mayan ritual sites. Choose between Barton Creek where you canoe through a cave or Actun Tunichmal for a more strenuous jungle/ cave trip. Overnight in the Cayo Area. |
| Day 12: Belize City |
| Transfer to Belize International Airport for your onward flight. |
